What are your shipping rates?

We never enjoy having to buy the things we don’t like and/or don’t need just to get free shipping. So we offer free shipping at HeyPlanty. Even for one item because that’s all you need.

What is your processing and shipping time?

To avoid plants getting stuck at the post office over the weekend, orders placed before midnight on Sunday will be shipped on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Orders placed after midnight on Sunday will be shipped the week after.

All orders are shipped with priority shipping which takes 2-4 days to arrive.

What is in the box?

Just your plant. No receipt. No printed paper.

You buy the plant and not the packaging. We spend a lot of effort in making sure that our plants are most healthy and are shipped to you in a functional and environmentally friendly packaging even though they are not the most good-looking ones.

So where do I find information about my plants?

Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a short version of care instruction for each plant in your order and a link to the detailed version. In fact, you can even browse for care instruction for plants we have on our website to see if that fits your lifestyle before adopting a specific plant.

What if my order is a gift?

Perfect! No receipt or item price is included in the box. And you can always forward the email with plant care to the recipient or direct them to our extensive plant care wiki.

What is your return policy?

We don’t accept returns for plants and planters as they are fragile and not easy to package and ship, and we certainly don’t want to put a live plant through the shipping process again.

As we promise to personalize your shopping experience, we’ll treat each customer’s need on a case to case basis. So contact us if you experience problems and rest assured that we’ll the right thing for you.

I put in the wrong shipping address!

Please send us a request to change your shipping address with the order number within an hour of placing your order.

Can I cancel my order?

You can contact us with your order number within an hour of placing your order to modify or cancel. We usually ship our plants quickly so please make sure to follow that time frame.
